Nuka-Cola Quantum Mini Fridge
A functional mini fridge transformed into a heavily weathered Nuka-Cola Quantum cooler, with glowing-inspired blue and purple colors, retro diner graphics, custom artwork, and plenty of wasteland abuse.

What better place to keep an unnaturally radioactive-looking soft drink than its own tiny refrigerator?
This functional mini fridge was transformed into a Nuka-Cola Quantum cooler, taking the bright blue glow of Quantum and pushing it into a retro-futuristic appliance design. Rather than simply recoloring one of my regular Nuka-Cola fridges, I treated this as its own design with a completely different visual identity.
The exterior uses a pale atomic blue base transitioning into the vivid purples and pinks associated with Quantum's glow. I combined that with custom Nuka-Cola Quantum branding, a retro checker pattern, bubbles, and atomic-age space imagery wrapping around the different sides of the fridge.
Then I ruined all that nice clean artwork.
The entire fridge was weathered to look like something that survived a couple hundred years in the wasteland. Edges were worn back, surfaces were stained and distressed, rust and grime were built up around seams and vents, and the hardware was aged along with the body. The weathering continues around the sides and rear instead of stopping wherever the glamour shot ends.
Underneath all of the fictional radioactive soda branding, it's still a functional thermoelectric mini fridge.
This is one of several Fallout-inspired mini fridges I've built, and one of the things I enjoy most about making them is treating each as an individual prop. Even when they begin with similar appliances, the graphics, colors, weathering, fictional history, and little details give each one its own personality.
Want something similar? I build custom themed mini fridges and functional props as commissions. Fallout is obviously fertile ground for these, but the same idea can be built around other games, fictional brands, movies, original artwork, or whatever weird thing you think ought to exist as a tiny refrigerator.
