Fallout Mentats Tins

A collection of Fallout-inspired Mentats tins in multiple flavors, with custom labels and finishes ranging from fresh-off-the-shelf to two-hundred-years-in-the-wasteland.

Mentats tin.

Mentats tin.

These are a series of reusable metal tins I turned into Mentats containers inspired by the various versions of the drug found throughout the Fallout games. I created them in several flavors and styles, including classic Mentats, Orange Mentats, Berry Mentats, Grape Mentats, Party Time Mentats, and Fixer.
A big part of the project was experimenting with different levels of aging. Some tins were kept relatively clean, as though they'd somehow survived in storage, while others received progressively heavier distressing, discoloration, chipped finishes, grime, rust, and damage. I wanted to be able to make the same basic prop look anywhere from "surprisingly well preserved" to "someone just dug this out of a collapsed pharmacy."
The labels extend beyond the front artwork, including a deliberately in-universe Drug Facts panel with dosage instructions, warnings, and appropriately questionable pharmaceutical advice.
They're small props, but that's part of what makes them fun. Objects like these are great for filling out a costume, display, vendor table, or game environment with the everyday junk that helps make a fictional world feel lived in.
Want something similar? I can make custom containers, labels, packaging, and other small props in a variety of themes and levels of weathering.
